Across the globe, we are currently experiencing unprecedented times. With the fast-developing COVID-19 situation upon us, I want to reassure you that we have robust business continuity measures in place that mean your service is in no way affected.
We would like to inform you that our supply and production processes have not incurred interruption.
It is the utmost priority of a1-cbiss to safeguard the health and safety of all of our employees and visitors.
We have implemented additional health protocols to minimise the risk of infection spread within our organisation and to ensure that our business remains fully operational.
We will continue to follow the daily updates by the UK Government, World Health Organisation and the National Health Service and we will provide further updates when we see any changes to the current situation.
As it stands on 24.3.20, a1-cbiss will remain open for business. The measures that we have already put in place are in line with government guidelines and I must insist that good hygiene & social distancing is maintained. The skeleton office staff & home working measures are to be maintained for the foreseeable.
Engineers are only allowed onto sites if that site confirms they are happy and have a full COVID-19 policy that matches our own.
The Environment Agency have released a statement which categorises CEMS service engineers as key workers. The continuous servicing at power stations is critical. That, along with the fact we are part of the supply chain to the NHS providing RPE to the frontline medical staff are the reasons that our business must remain open for as long as government guidance allows.
