We’re back exhibiting after a 2 year absence! Following the repeated postponements, it’s great to be going full steam ahead and planning for the RWM show at the end of September.
Over the past 18-24 months, there have been a lot of changes to emissions monitoring in the Energy from Waste sector. The RWM event gives you the perfect opportunity to come and discuss your queries or problems you have. Our emissions monitoring technical team will be present over the two days to steer you in the right direction.
What’s changed?
By visiting a1-cbiss, you’ll get the opportunity to discuss the queries you have relating to emissions monitoring. We want to help clients Take Control of Emissions.
BREF
The Environmental Agency (EA) have been mooting the change to BREF for some time. The changes will impact the legislation and the regulations for how CEMS record and collate the data. This will impact your Emissions Limit Values (ELVs). As ELVs are lowered, what is the Best Available Technique? Will your CEMS analysers be able to measure at new lower levels?
New products
At RWM, we’ll be showcasing our new range of eco analysers designed for lower energy consumption including the MIR9000e.
Raw Gas Measurement
More EfW operators have been adopting a change to the way they monitor emissions. Our TDL monitor is being used to record data prior to the stack to enable sites to understand more about the process and make changes that will impact the overall emissions within the stack to meet ELVs.
CO2 Emissions
Energy from Waste and Biomass sites are quantifying their biogenic CO2 emissions which is required for reporting under various regulations.
How else can a1-cbiss help?
Whatever your query, come and ask the team at a1-cbiss. Here’s some of the things we often get asked about:
- Industry Certification – MCERTS
- Raw Gas Measurement
- Process Efficiency – How can cost savings be achieved through the process
- Flow Measurement – New EA requirements for flow
- CEM Systems
- Data Interpretation – Do you sometimes get obscure readings but spend too long trying to understand what it means? We can help you with that.
Protect your investment by working with a1-cbiss. We specify and install the right gas analysers first time, we’re very knowledgeable in helping support clients with understanding the legislative demands, we solve onsite issues and help with data acquisition. At RWM
Things are going to be a little different than what we’ve been used to at public events. The organisers have made changes to the hall, aisles and stands. We need to do our bit too.
We’re not out of the woods yet so we will enforce a couple of rules to protect both you and ourselves. We’ll politely ask to refrain from shaking hands and sharing business cards. We’ll have badge readers if we decide to take details from you.
Come and visit our stand. You’ll find us in the Energy from Waste zone, stand 5-S204.
